Today we’ll try to teach you how Artists use different methods and strategies to increase their overall Spotify Monthly Listeners amount, reach more Streams, and Artist Profile visits. We’re aware that many services are selling “Monthly Listeners” services, where it’s 100% Non-Organic, and Bot driven. Today we’ll teach you how to go the Healthy Organic Route, even better than buying Listeners.
We all know that having a good amount of Monthly Listeners on Spotify, such as 150,000 Monthly Listeners, can have a good look on your Spotify Artist profile and eventually lead to more people checking out your Music since it’s a more significant number. It doesn’t matter if it’s 20,000, 50,000, 150,000, or 1,000,000 Monthly Listeners on Spotify since all these numbers make a great overall look in their perspective league. Now, listening to your song once, one Spotify account results in a Healthy Monthly listener. The way it’s being counted is by checking how much the Spotify Account listened to your Music in the counting Month. If one Account listens to your Music on Spotify multiple times, it will still count as “One Monthly listener” for the current Month, per that Spotify Account. Suppose you have 500 Spotify Accounts listening to your Music. In that case, you will gain 500 Spotify Monthly Listeners for the current Month, so if they listen multiple times to your Music, the Monthly Listener number will stay at 500 since the Monthly Listeners work differently than Streams on your songs. Also, it won’t matter if the Spotify Account has a Free or Premium Plan. Same for other plans, such as Family, Duo, Student, etc.
As we mentioned, Monthly Listeners significantly impact your Artist profile. By having more significant numbers, you can earn more eyes visible to your Spotify Artist profile, landing a chance to get signed by a Good Record Label or Major one. We know that they have their agents looking out for Random shapes, and checking their Music out, so better prepare for such things.
Collaborate with Artists who have more Spotify Monthly Listeners than you.
This is what we prefer when doing extensive campaigns with new artists. We always recommend similar contacts over 10,000 – 30,000 Listeners over our client’s number, depending on their budget. Let’s say we have the following scenario:
A – Our Artist client, the new Artist in the Game, only has 5,000 Monthly Listeners.
B – Our Artist target is the famous Artist with over 90,000 Monthly Listeners and whose fans are similar to our Target’s A’s Fans, which means the same Genre, similar Style of Music, and Direction.
Now, we can ask our Target B to collaborate with our Target A (our client), where both Artists will do a new song together, and where Target A will pay a small fee to our Target B. Just in context to explain, our Customer will need to pay for a feature (97% of the time). We are sure you heard of such things, where Artists Collaborate, better known as a “Paid Feature.” Now, here is how the formation looks:
Artist A – Love & Fire (feat. Artist B)
That being said, over 90% of Artists do Paid Features or Collaborations, which isn’t a big secret. Still, it’s not spoken around officially enough, where we would say it’s the best promotion available for new Artists working in their league. (Don’t be over your league since the starting prices could range from over $15,000 per feature with a well-known artist or more).
